My husband and I did this particular shore excursion as part of our Princess Cruise to the southern Caribbean. We had been to Bonaire twice before, so we had snorkeled in many places while other friends scuba dived and knew how good the snorkeling was. We were not disappointed with any aspect of this excursion. The 3-person crew was friendly, safety conscious, and efficient. We had the owner, Captain Walter, plus Daisy and Mark (all three are from Holland and speak perfect English). The sail boat is beautiful and well maintained. There were 10 passengers. We had a relaxing sail to/from our snorkel area; beverages were served in both directions. All our gear (folks had small packs or tote bags) was stored below by the crew for safety so nothing would fall overboard. The supplied snorkel equipment was top-notch. I had a problem with water in my mask, and the crew was great in helping me — they had me try 2 more masks, to no avail. Then, they handed me one of the new full-face masks – fabulous! What a difference! I was thrilled with this mask, which I had never seen before, and was so glad they had it available for use (time for me to replace my own old mask, it looks like!). The snorkeling itself was wonderful, too. This was our final excursion for the cruise, and we are so happy we booked it. Well worth the money.
